If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Because each piece is made to order, we can’t accept general returns for size or preference, but we’ll always make things right if there’s an issue.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your artwork is on its way.

4. How are your prints made?
Each piece is created using dye-sublimation printing, a professional process that infuses color directly into the material — ensuring bold, lasting results suitable for both home and gallery display.
5. Do you take commissions or custom requests?
Yes! While I work primarily in my signature abstract collage style, I’m open to personal commissions and album artwork collaborations. Reach out through the contact page to discuss ideas and availability.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to update or cancel your order, please reach out within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, changes can’t always be guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to help.
7. How should I care for my artwork?
Metal prints can be wiped clean with a soft cloth. Tapestries can be gently machine-washed in cold water and air-dried. Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight to preserve color quality.
